T20-1058 Martin Terrace Katherine - Urban Public Housing 〰️
Martin Terrace Construction of 2 x 1 Bedroom and 4 x 2 Bedroom Dwellings (Complex) was awarded to NJ Homes in July 2023.
Our team commenced construction in August 2023 and expect to complete & deliver the 6 units in late December.
NJH is proud to have delivered 22 quality homes to the Community of Beswick, within 15 months of breaking ground.
5 x 3 Bedroom and 2 x 4 Bedroom Houses together with 1 x 1 Bedroom and 1 x 2 Bedroom duplexes were delivered for tenanting before Christmas December 2022.
A further 5 x 4 Bedroom and 2 x 3 Bedroom Houses plus 2 x 3+2 Bedroom Duplexes were completed and handed over on 02 October 2023.

The Northern Territory Government’s Arts Trail Gallery Extension program aims to deliver targeted gallery infrastructure and innovative facilities to complement the Arts Trail throughout the Northern Territory.
Mimi Arts Gallery Construction Upgrades included demolition of office and exhibition spaces and construction of new architecturally designed purpose built administration, management, exhibition, storage, workspaces and verandas. The whole building was re-cladded and a 80kWh solar system installed. Custom laser cut panels, local artwork and landscaping complete the exciting re-imagining of the galley.
