Nigel Jennings has built a portfolio of multiple successful building projects of increasing scope and complexity in urban and remote locations throughout the Top End .
A qualified carpenter & licenced builder, he is a hands on leader with years of construction experience that understands and drives successful building methodologies, is particular about work standards and demands attention to detail.
Our team includes properly qualified tradespeople, project staff and labour.
Over 40% of our workers identify as Indigenous and all our regular employees are long term Territorians familiar with the places and people of the Top End.
Our ongoing apprenticeship program supports Certificate III in Carpentry apprentices and produces quality local tradies.
NJH employs additional tradespeople, labourers and other workers for projects from local communities wherever possible.
